We rent out fully furnished apartments for long-term stays (minimum stay: 1 month) tailored to business travelers, project assignments, and private stays in Vienna.
Note on Rental Terms:
Please note that our services do not constitute short-term accommodation as defined in §â€¯1 para. 1 no. 1 of the Austrian Trade Regulation Act (GewO), nor do they qualify as tourist short-term rentals. All offered apartments are exclusively intended for long-term use (minimum 1 month) and are not operated in the manner of a hotel. As such, our offerings are not subject to the short-term rental regulations under the Vienna Building Code.
